Since I Have Started My Carrier In Real Estate...It Was 2014. There are lots of Senior People in the Team and I was freshers and even Not Knowing ABCD Of Real Estate...
Almost 15 Members were already Working there before my joining but one thing I have seen is that most of the people were not supporting juniors that joined and I was one of them...Few People Like Ajay Bhai, Ravi, Sunil Was very Supportive and They Have Supported me a lot.
I don't know the reason why these types of things are happening in Corporates. But that day I have decided that I will support each and every person in our group, Whether he or she belongs to my team or Not doesn't matter and after some time seniors have started to come at me for the support and I have supported them without interest.
Each and every person knows the nature of each and every person.

I don't know if I am successful or not but since I have started my career I have Maintained Some Rules/Ethics in My Life ...And That is
1. Always Respect and Maintened The Time
2. Work is Worship For Me
3. Always Respect Your Colleagues Whether they are juniors or Seniors
4. I never involved in gossip and Critisiom of any people.
5. Customer/Client Service is Important Part Of My Career
6. I always believed in some persons in my Office.
7. There are a lots of people in My Life that helped me to achieve my goals and I am here because of them and with the help of my hard work
8. One thing I know that if I will work hard one day I will achieve it and luck will also favour me.
9. For 2014 to Almost 2021 i wast getting only Salary and My Salary was Around 30 to 50K and I never thought that I am not getting remburation as per my work, i always Thought that I have learned a lots and due the same I am here.
10. Eech And Every time I am Saying That IC has given me platform and due the same I have learned a lots and many collogues helped me to achieve my goals.
11. Obstacles Handling is My Key Part. I never desperate whenever any problem come with me.
In Next Few I Don't know where we will but One thing will Be Same That is I will work Harder that what I have worked in last few years...
